A Rs. 500 advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.
Orders without advance will not be processed.

Note: COD is available only for certain areas and items. Our team will inform you during order confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the location and product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external events.
We accept returns/exchanges only in case of damaged or wrong items.
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product with video proof (unboxing video).
Used or damaged by customer products will not be accepted for return.
No cash refunds — you may receive a voucher or product exchange (if eligible).
All images and videos are either from original suppliers, official platforms like TikTok/Instagram, or received from customers.
